To ensure a convenient and secure shopping experience, we may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our site.
Note that your use of Ayu-me constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms:
#Payment
- We recommend you to use Paypal, as it is the safest and easiest payment method, but we also accept Internet Banking / ATM Fund Transfer / Credit Card / Debit Card.
- If you wish to use Internet Banking/ ATM Fund Transfer, please email us at theayu.me@gmail.com along with the items you want to purchase and the options of your choice (if any), and we will process your order. You don't have to go through the checkout.
#Shipping
Please note currently we only ship to Singapore. We provide FREE normal mail delivery:
-- Package will be delivered directly to your mailbox. If the package is too big, the mailman will send to your doorstep. No tracking number is available. Normally it takes 2 business days.
It's non-trackable, so we will take picture of your package before mailing it out. However, in our years experience of dealing with Singpost, we find them reliable and have not lost a single mail.
If you prefer registered postage, please add another $4 per shopping cart.
#Return/exchange
We want our customers to be happy, so we would gladly do an exchange with returns cost (normal mail) covered--if you received faulty or wrong items. Any other reason will not be entertained.
Please also understand that undergarments cannot be exchanged/returned due to hygiene reasons.
Below reasons are not considered as defects:
1. Choose the wrong design (eg. First time buyer, not familiar with the system etc), Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase;
2. Slight colour differences of same colour range due to different monitor display (eg. colour not as expected),
3. Minor thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams; minor tear on seams & button loose which can be hand stitched;
4. Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered; Stains no larger than a five-cent coin diameter.
5. Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good or up to expectation.
6. Size issues (clothes do not fit).There may be slightly size difference from measurement provided (2-3cm).
7. Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
8. Slight discolouration of graphic print on tee-shirts.
9. White items & promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
All requests for defective exchange must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective area and
exchange items must be received within 1 week from date of dispatch of your order.
Any packages received that do not conform to our rules of exchange will be ignored and customers will need to bear further postage handling charges for requesting us to send back.

Note: We reserve the rights to accept exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.
#Products
1. Most products displayed on Ayu-me are sold on pre-order basis. However, we have purchased a few of the actual products prior to putting in display for quality assurance purpose. Therefore you can also see in-stock items. Please check product status before making purchases.
2. Sold out items will be removed as soon as possible to avoid confusion.
3. While we have made every effort to display a product accurately, there might be +/- 2 cm from the measurements stated.
Actual product might be slightly different from its photographs due to different lightings captured by the photographers.
When certain fabrics discontinue and are replaced by new, similar and seasonal ones, it may slightly alter designs with prints, patterns, textures and floral from the ones shown online.
