Where do you ship from?
We ship from Singapore.

Can I order from outside Singapore?
Unfortunately currently we only ship to Singapore.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made via Internet Banking / ATM Fund Transfer / Credit Card / Debit Card / PayPal.
Ayu-me will absorb PayPal fees.
   

How do I shop?
1. Click "Add to Cart" button to add an item to your shopping cart.
2. If you wish to pay through PayPal, MasterCard or Visa, proceed to checkout.
3. If you opt for iBanking or ATM mode of payment, you don't need to go through the PayPal checkout. Just send us email containing the name of the items you want to buy and their options (color, size, length, etc), your full name and address. We will then send you an invoice.
4. After making payment, please send us email with your transaction ID or Reference Number.
5. We will send you a payment verification email.


When will you ship my order out?
  • For in-stock items, we usually take 1 business day to process your order, excluding Wednesday, weekend and public holiday. An order placed on Monday will be mailed on Tuesday. Tuesday orders will be mailed on Thursday. Friday, Saturday, Sunday orders will be mailed on the following Monday.
  • For pre-order items, it may take 3-14 days for you to receive , depending on the supplier's location, since we use different sources to keep our items varied. In any case, we give an estimated lead time for every pre order item.

How do I track my order?
Simply head over to Singpost's registered article tracking page at http://www.singpost.com/index.php?quickTool=TrackItem#Quick  and key in the tracking number provided to you via email. eg. RR672819092SG
Tracking results can take 24 hours to update from the time of shipment.
Please note that Normal Mail is non-insured and non-trackable, and customers bear the risk of lost packages.

Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?
Of course, it's okay to change your mind--so long as the order is not processed yet. In case when the items are already sent out, changes are not possible. You can always contact us at theayu.me@gmail.com to request a change to your order, and we'll see if we can catch before it ships. We will refund you in full within 2 business days.
How do I cancel my order?
Email us at theayu.me@gmail.com to request cancellation.
Please note that no cash refunds will be done, unless the items you order are out of stock. You may want to read our return/exchange policy above to see if you qualify to have your items returned/exchanged.
